• Payment Before Opening: Customers are required to pay the full amount to the courier before opening the parcel.

• Post-Payment Protection: If you encounter any issues after opening your package, you are fully covered by our 14-Day Unconditional Return Policy. We guarantee that your purchase is safe.

5. REFUND PROCEDURE FOR COD ORDERS

If you request a refund within our 14-day guarantee period:

• Refund Method: As the initial payment was made in cash, all refunds will be processed via Local Bank Transfer to your Malaysian bank account.

• Fast Processing: We promise to complete the refund within 3 working days after we have received and inspected the returned item.
