COD Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or SMS to verify your shipping address and order details before dispatch. Please respond to ensure your order is not delayed or cancelled.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within:

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) GUIDELINES
To ensure a successful delivery, please note the following:

No Pre-payment Inspection: According to Malaysian courier regulations for COD services, customers are NOT permitted to open the package before payment is made to the courier personnel.

Full Protection: Please pay the amount to receive your parcel. Once received, you are fully protected by our 14-Day Unconditional Return Policy if you are not satisfied with the product.

Prepare Exact Cash: To facilitate a quick transaction, please prepare the exact cash amount for the courier.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your parcel is on its way, we will send a tracking number to your Email or WhatsApp. You can track your order's progress through our website or the courier’s official tracking portal.
6. FAILED DELIVERY & REJECTIONS
Since we provide Free Shipping, we bear the full cost of logistics to bring the products to you.

Unjustified refusal of a COD parcel at the doorstep causes significant loss to our business and may result in the customer being blacklisted from future COD services.
