1. 14-DAY UNCONDITIONAL RETURN & EXCHANGE
We provide a 14-day unconditional return and exchange policy.

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange for any reason.

Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. All original tags and accessories must be present.
2. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) & NO OPEN-BOX INSPECTION
To ensure a smooth delivery process via our Malaysian logistics partners (e.g., NinjaVan, J&T, DHL):

No Pre-payment Inspection: According to standard courier regulations for COD parcels in Malaysia, customers are NOT permitted to open the package before making the full cash payment to the courier personnel.

Your Protection: Please complete the payment to receive your parcel. Once paid, you are fully protected by our 14-day unconditional guarantee. If you find any issues after opening the package, we will handle the return or exchange immediately.
3. FAST REFUND WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS
We pride ourselves on our rapid refund process. Since COD payments are made in cash to the courier:

Refund Method: All refunds will be processed via Local Bank Transfer to your designated Malaysian bank account.

Speedy Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will complete the refund to your bank account within 3 working days.

Required Info: You will need to provide your Bank Name, Account Holder Name, and Account Number to our support team.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered), Pod Větrníkem s.r.o. will bear all return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

6. CANCELLATIONS
For COD orders, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. If the order has already been dispatched, we kindly ask you to receive the parcel and follow the return process above rather than refusing delivery at the door, to maintain your good standing with our courier partners.
