Welcome to Pod Větrníkem s.r.o.. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. PRICING AND CURRENCY

• All prices listed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price will remain fixed for that specific transaction.

3. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) TERMS & OBLIGATIONS

Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method for Malaysia:

• Payment Obligation: By placing a COD order, you enter into a binding agreement to be present at the delivery address to pay the full amount in cash to the courier.

• No Pre-payment Inspection: As per courier regulations in Malaysia, customers are not permitted to open the parcel before payment is made. You are fully protected by our 14-Day Unconditional Return Policy if there are issues after the payment is completed.

• Order Verification: We reserve the right to contact you via Phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp to verify your order before dispatch. Unverified orders may be cancelled.

4. ACCURACY OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. A valid Malaysian Mobile Number and Full Shipping Address are mandatory. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. DELIVERY AND OWNERSHIP

• We aim to deliver parcels within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not liable for delays caused by logistics providers or peak seasons.

• Ownership of the product passes to you only after the full cash payment is successfully made to the courier personnel.

6. ORDER REJECTION & BLACKLISTING POLICY

To maintain our "Free Shipping" service for all customers, we take "Fake Orders" and "Malicious Rejections" seriously:

• If a customer refuses to accept a COD parcel without a valid reason (e.g., changed mind at the doorstep), we reserve the right to blacklist the customer's phone number and address from all future purchases.

• Any logistics costs incurred by us due to intentional refusal may be recorded for internal risk management.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Pod Větrníkem s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, while adhering to applicable consumer protection regulations in Malaysia.
